Trish is born and raised in North Delta. She has been a group fitness instructor and enthusiast for over 20 years. She found Yoga 10 years ago working through personal loss and body injuries from over-training. Her journey has taught her she has to have balance in life, body, and mind.
Trish is passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and has a fun-loving personality. Her classes are based on alignment and proper body mechanics she feels all classes should be accessible to participants with a variety of goals
