Luly embarked on her yoga journey in 2006, and the transformative benefits of this practice inspired her to share it with the world. In 2012, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Vancouver, solidifying her commitment to spreading the joy of yoga.

With a holistic approach, Luly’s yoga and Pilates classes integrate meditation techniques, conscious breathing, mudras, mantras, intention setting, uplifting music, and the healing touch of Reiki. Each session offers a complete experience, allowing you to cultivate a deep sense of happiness, rejuvenation, and serenity. Through her guidance, you will have the opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul, connecting with your breath and rediscovering your true essence.

Luly is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all her students. Her genuine passion lies in helping others enhance their quality of life and achieve a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She firmly believes in the power of yoga to create positive change, one person at a time, ultimately contributing to the creation of a better world.

In addition to her extensive training and experience, Luly holds certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Reiki, further enriching her ability to guide and support you on your wellness journey.
