I have been in the Fitness and Wellness Industry for over 15 years. During this time I have had the most amazing opportunities to both works and participate with many individuals in various stages of life. I have had the privilege of working with all levels of fitness and ability, from people just starting out to those looking to fine-tune and expand their options.

I offer a wide range of lifestyle options, including, but not limited to, group fitness, dance, yoga and meditation. I am also immensely grateful for my experience in many areas of lifestyle conditioning, including nutrition, self-discovery, and self-care. I am excited to share my experience and resources with you.

My primary focus is on both health and well-being, sharing the importance of both movement and stillness. I hope to empower people with the tools and knowledge to live their best lives.
