We are ecstatic to invite you to celebrate our 6th anniversary together! This milestone wouldn’t be possible without every one of you. Your dedication, support, and presence have filled our studio with warmth, strength, and a sense of togetherness.

In the spirit of this special occasion, we reflect on the symbolism of 6 years: candy for sweetness, iron for durability, wood for resiliency, amethyst for protection and calmness, and the Calla Lily for growth, beauty, and wisdom. These elements beautifully mirror the essence of our community.

As we enter our sixth year, we do so with renewed vigor and determination. Together, we have grown stronger and wiser. Each class, interaction, and moment shared in our studio has contributed to this journey.

9:00am-10:00am Flow & Restore Yoga with Komal & Niki

This fluid movement class involves flowing through a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronize your breath with movement to build strength, balance, and flexibility.

A combination of deep stretch and myofascial release to help improve mobility and relieve tension, followed by restorative shapes that allow the body to relax deeply.

10:15am-11:15am Mat Pilates & Mobility Moves with Luly and Shilo

Mat Pilates is a gentle yet challenging, safe method for sculpting your body and feeling increased agility in your everyday movements. This class stretches and strengthens your body through pilates and yoga postures while focusing on alignment and strengthening the core.

Stretch and strengthen with Mobility moves. You will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, emphasizing challenging the core muscles with each movement. You will move through postures, linking them into a flowing series with the breath.

11:30am-12:30pm Barre & Tabata with Jenine and Trish

This hybrid workout will help you burn calories and fat by the minute while sculpting and toning your entire body. This class is a Yoga, Barre, and Calisthenics hybrid. Think chair pose paired with resistance bands and isometric movements. This full-body workout will get your heart pumping!

Effective interval training style of 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds using body weight, bands, light weights and even blocks! This class can burn fat and help improve endurance and speed quickly with a high PUSH, RECOVER, REPEAT!!!!
