Julie believes Yoga should be accessible to everyone, offering those who practice a ‘life-long learning experience’, a journey that evolves continuously.
Julie’s intentions in teaching Yoga are; to share what she loves, to inspire people to realize their full potential, to be an instrument that invites people to find ways to explore
their mental, physical and spiritual awareness and comfort. Through personal practice, each student will open up to finding their way to individualized growth, motivating them towards their goals, and simultaneously sparking welcome change in their lives.
Students will reap the benefits with an appreciation for what is now, what is present, and how to bring that about simply in order to embrace the truth of nature and
personal well-being. Students who enter one of Julie’s Yoga classes will leave feeling accepted, stronger,
more flexible, and truly energized with a wonderful sense of calm.
Outside of the studio, you can usually find Julie running with her dog or inside a rink somewhere, cheering on her children.
