Come solo or bring a friend — no partner is required! If you book on your own, you’ll be paired with another participant so everyone can fully enjoy this experience.

What to Expect:

  • An introduction to the benefits of hands and feet massage — why these areas deserve so much love!
  • Demonstrations of easy, effective massage strokes that you’ll get to practice with your partner.
  • Time to give and receive — you can even switch partners if you’d like to explore different techniques and sensations.
  • A focus on mindful movement and the art of touch — paying attention to how it feels to both give and receive.

What to Bring:

  • A yoga mat per person
  • A bolster or cushion for head and ankle/knee support (as participants will be lying down)
  • Optional: Oil or cream for the massage
