We invite you to join us for a delightful morning filled with zen, delicious food, and the company of like-minded individuals.

We’ll kick-start the day with a blissful Flow yoga class amidst the surroundings of the Perfect Pastures Animal Sanctuary from 8:30am-9:30am. Imagine stretching and breathing in harmony with nature with the sheep watching on —pure bliss!

Afterward, we’ll head over to Barnside Brewing at 10:00am for a mouthwatering brunch that will satisfy your taste buds and elevate your brunch game. You’ll be treated to the heavenly Beermosa—a fruity concoction of sour beer, sparkling wine, and orange juice—served with a tantalizing fruit wedge. Don’t worry if you’re not a drinker; we’ve got you covered with a refreshing, non-alcoholic alternative. You can start your tab to order additional drinks or select your preferred meal from Barnside Brewing’s delectable menu.

But that’s not all! By joining us on this particular day, you’ll treat yourself to a rejuvenating yoga session and a scrumptious brunch and contribute to a worthy cause. Your minimum donation of $25 will support Perfect Pastures’ wonderful work in providing care and shelter for animals in need. Together, we can positively impact and spread love and compassion to our furry friends.

• Minimum Donation of $25:

• Bring: Yoga mat (and a towel to place under it on the damp grass), and wear layered clothing you can move comfortably in.
• Weather: Should we be rained out class will be cancelled and your donation moved to a new Yoga & Brunch Date this summer!
