Since 2009, Tiffany has been practicing yoga, experiencing profound growth in physical strength and flexibility. More importantly, yoga has guided her back to herself, fostering self-love and inner peace.
With over a decade of experience teaching various styles of yoga, fitness, and fusion classes, she eagerly anticipates sharing this incredible journey with you on your mat.
