Join Senior Instructor Kerri for this two-and-a-half-hour introduction to yoga, where you will learn proper alignment and modifications of common yoga poses, along with basic breathing and meditation techniques.
Explore the physical benefits of yoga, like increased flexibility and strength, as you learn tools to help manage stress and anxiety. Sessions are available In-Studio* and will be virtual live-streamed for those who prefer to participate from the comfort of home.
All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes to move in, and an open mind!
