Movement has always been a part of my life, I was on a horse and swimming before I can even remember and I continued pursuing different forms of fitness throughout my life trying out kickboxing, yoga and finally pilates. I completely fell in love with both mat and reformer pilates in Sydney, Australia and discovering the immediate change in my physical strength and mental wellness I immediately decided to pursue my mat pilates training and completed 300 hours at the beautiful Body By Berner studio in Bondi Beach. I have since moved to Vancouver and am excited to share my unique pilates training from down under with the community by incorporating classic mat pilates with fitness movements to bring a hybrid class to life.
