My love for yoga and fitness started about 6 years ago. After predominantly being a
stay-at-home mom to my 4 children for many years, I longed to create some self-care
habits for myself. I started by developing a consistent fitness routine. Soon after, I
began to practice yoga in order to create some balance in my physical practice. It was
difficult to slow down at first. However, yoga soon became a vital part of my well-being.
It brought calm and grounding to my chaotic life. It began to benefit me in so many
ways; emotionally, mentally, and physically.
I feel a strong desire to continue my learning and share the benefits of
yoga/fitness with others. I am energetic, enthusiastic, and thrilled to bring my energy to
the studio. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive space for every
BODY. It is vital for me to assist my students so they feel empowered and strong, both
in body and mind, regardless of their capabilities or limitations.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me with my family or in the kitchen. I love to
cook for my big family, go for hikes, ride my bike with my dog, watch British television,
or snuggle up with a good book.
