We are more than just a place to work out and we plan to continue our tradition of bringing you new opportunities to keep your body healthy, as we have with Yoga, Barre, and Fusion Fitness classes. But more importantly, we want to be the place that you can go to find some peace, build your confidence and be part of a loving and supportive community.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀:
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 9am-10am: This 1hour class will be led by instructor Kerri! All levels are welcome, so anyone can come on in and join the fun, from beginners to advanced.
𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗲 10:15am-11:15am: This 1hour class will be led by owner/instructor Jenine! A full-body workout that is low-impact and helps build strength in the accessory muscles. In this class, we use a combination of standing and mat work to help build core strength.
𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 (dance fit) 11:30am-12:30pm: This 1hour class will be led by instructor Shilo! This cardio-based format uses positive music and powerful moves to inspire participants to be the best version of themselves! *Please wear clean indoor shows only for this class.
